Terms: We are an independent booking agent (not DVSA). We use your data/instructions to search, book, change or cancel tests on your behalf.

Payment: You pay after successful booking/change. Amount may include service fee and any DVSA fee (if applicable).

Refund: DVSA fee refunds follow DVSA rules. Usually no automatic DVSA refund for less than 10 full working days' notice (subject to DVSA exceptions).

Privacy: We process your contact/candidate data to perform the service, keep records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
